While many states including Washington don't require tower crane erectors to be certified, California does and we are certified there. Washington requires all persons who erect, dismantle, or service hoists to be licensed elevator mechanics and we have three (3) on staff. These individuals update their training every two years with continuing education courses offered by Labor & Industries. In addition, all of our employees are qualified riggers.
Each project has its own full-time staff including a Project Manager, Office Manager, Safety Director, Insurance Specialist, and Quality Control Officer. We provide an extensive, written safety program which includes a Jobsite Hazard Analysis, Fall Protection Plan, MSDS Forms and other risk management protocols.
Safety is one of our biggest concerns and we are proud of our Modifier Rates of .7659, .7412, and .7367 for the past three years. Each crew also has an OSHA 30 trained employee and each of our employees are CPR/First Aid certified.
